 1) Port dues for vessel
 - vessels in dirstress' or calling shipyard for repair and bunkering, only crew
   repatriation/joining in ballast without cargo in and out ­­­­­­­­­­­­­ 100% exemption
   container ships laden onboard 20 TEU calling  ­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­  80% reduction
 - Ocean going vessels having called  Korean open ports  more than for 4times

  ­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­ 10% reduction

 2) Dockage and anchorage

 - vessels reduced 10% of port dues for vessels ­­­­­­­­­­­­­ 10% reduction
 - vessels reduced 100% of port dues for vessels ­­­­­­­­­­­­­ 100% exemption
 - vessels reduced 80% of port dues for vessels ­­­­­­­­­­­­­ 80% reduction
 - anchorage incurred for the vessel waiting for berth due to limited pilot service
 in the night or by other reasons ­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­ 100% exemption
